Aluminium handles for the filtering plates
The handle is the most sensitive part of the filter plates, the breaking of this item normally involves the replacement of the entire plate with substantial waste of plastic material. Tecnoidea makes this component in cast aluminium, screwed onto the plate, thus allowing to preserve all the main items, eliminating the consumption of plastic and reducing ordinary maintenance to simple screws replacement.
Duration of the filter cloths preserved by the shape of the plates
Tecnoidea has changed over time the design of its filter plates, optimizing their shape to reduce the wear of the cloths. Specifically, Tecnoidea has eliminated or reduced the use of the reinforcement stay-bosses, reducing the breakages of the filtering cloths and the replacing frequency (less plastic consumption and waste!).
