Water clarification and treatment plant for both natural material extraction and sludge resulting from drilling
Main requirements:

  • Treatment of two different types of wastewater while maintaining a common, optimized chemistry.
  • Redundancy of  “main” machinery: clarifiers, filter presses, pumps.
  • Installation in a vertical multi-level structure: clarifiers on the upper level and sludge treatment on the lower level, with structural modifications to the filter presses to allow their positioning.
  • Process water regeneration with pH correction system and sand and activated carbon microfiltration.

An extremely versatile plant able to process solid and liquid materials, both contaminated and non-contaminated.

Water parameters under control

With water treatment on sand and activated carbon, the micro-filtered water has extremely high purity and cleanliness parameters and is suitable for industrial process reintegration.

Optimization of water cycle

The plant was optimized to manage water surplus coming from drilling sludge, by approaching water balance and minimising water inputs from the aqueduct.

Remote management of the plant

The fully-automated plant is optimized for remote management of both routine operation and diagnostics as well as control of any problems.
