Integration of sludge part in the plant for waste water treatment from aggregate washing

Extreme reliability of the filter press

With a regular rhythm of 2/3 cycles per hour the filter press disposes of an average of approx. 25 m3/h of pressed sludge (approx. 45 ton/h).

Filterpress automatic cleaning devices

The automatic cloth washing system integrated in the patented multitask trolley and the core-blow, which automatically cleans the parties in contact with the liquid sludge, always ensures the optimal cleaning of the filter press and the absence of sludge residues.

Filterpress high productivity

Tecnoidea filtering plates are designed with high thickness and less reinforcements (stay bosses) enabling higher filtering capacity with heavier cakes (less holes in the cakes!).
This also leads to longer clothes life.

Smart design

Despite the large size of the filter press (LxWxH=17,5mx2,5mx3m, 60.000 kg) and a 200m3 sludge tank, the plant layout is extremely compact (LxWxHmax=28mx7mx12m).
Tecnoidea’s technical department has integrated the technical room, the sludge tank and the filtered water tank into the filter press bearing structure.
