Plant details

Waste waters on two separate lines

Need to treat two types of waste with different problems. Wastewater was conveyed into two separate lines according to the type of material treated, natural or recycled.

Hexavalent Chromium decontamination

Reduction of hexavalent chromium contained in the recycled material to transform it into a non-dangerous compound (trivalent chromium).

Treatment of two types of sludge with a single filter press

The plant allows the treatment of both natural and recycled material, so that the dewatered sludge is handled separately.

Automatic gravity dosing without the need to pump lime milk

The single piece lime plant with 65 m3 storage bin doses lime milk automatically without the use of pumps, taking advantage of the geodetic difference in height available to the sludge tank.
This eliminates the risk of pipe clogging and makes the entire hydraulic circuit easier.

Core-blow with water and compressed air

The system allows to clean the central supply conduct of the filter press with water and air, thus preserving the duration of the clothes and keeping the machine clean.

Compactness

The plant was designed and optimized for the maximum footprint containment and to be integrated in the production context at best.
